Take the Hassles Out of Laying New Pipe and Services

The Aussie Mole pneumatic punch provides an economical and efficient alternative to the open trench method of laying pipes and services. The Aussie Mole creates a straight compact bore underground.

By going underground, contractors avoid disturbing road and lanscape surfaces which can be frustrating causing traffic disruptions. It also eliminates the need to re-instate these surfaces once the job is completed.

Contractors are now using the Aussie Mole to install Telephone, Electricity and Cable as well as Gas, Water and Sewerage pipes underneath streets, footpaths and driveways.

The High Performance System

Over five years research and development has gone into the unique design of the Aussie Mole System. The system has been thoroughly tested in a wide varity of soil conditions.

The Aussie Mole’s unique floating head generates a rapid frequency hammer punch action providing superior performance.

The precise balance, weight and timing of the striker against the stepped floating head gives the Aussie Mole the optimum accuracy and performance even in the toughest conditions. In addition, it also reinforces the tunnel as it goes. With a simple attachment, the Aussie Mole can drag the pipe as it hammers through the ground or alternatively they can be pulled through the exit pit when the Aussie Mole is reversed out.

A Profitable Solution

The Aussie Mole provides contractors with immediate and significant cost-saving benefits. The Aussie Mole is a cheaper alternative to costly excavation equipment, it is quicker, reducing the labour cost and obviously there are no expensive clean-ups. It requires very little maintenance and requires no special training to operate.

The Complete System

The Aussie Mole is available as a complete system, all you require is a pneumatic compressor. You have the choice of six different barrels, including a 54mm stubby, for use in confined spaces. It includes mist oiler, sighting level with a surveyor’s pole, 15 meters of heavy-duty air supple hose and a range of couplings.

Durability You Can Rely On

We recognise that contractors require a system that keeps going and going, even in the harshest conditions. Simplicity is the key in the design of the Aussie Mole. A minimum of moving parts means minimum maintenance. It is constructed from hardened high alloy steel, and manufactured to the highest engineering standards. The Aussie Mole also features a mist oiler to keep the system lubricated during operation.

Backed By Value Added Service

The Aussie Mole has been designed for the hire company and contractors needs. The tool can easily be dismantled, checked, the reassembled within minutes on site. No special service tools are required.
